Responsibilities

  2. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
  3. Financial Reporting:
    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  4. Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing strategies to safeguard the company’s financial health.
  5. Cash Flow Management:
    • Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring liquidity for operational needs and strategic initiatives.
  6. Investor Relations:
    • Build and maintain relationships with investors, providing transparent and timely communication on financial performance.
  7. Strategic Leadership:
    • Collaborate with the executive team to provide financial insights, contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making.
  8. Mergers and Acquisitions:
    • Lead financial due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships, guiding the company through strategic growth initiatives.
  9. Compliance and Governance:
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and governance standards, keeping abreast of changes in relevant laws and regulations.
  10. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • CPA or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive finance role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
